| 肠道是人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染主要部位，HIV感染影响肠道菌群结构及黏膜屏障功能，导致肠道微生态失调，是机体免疫功能损伤加剧的重要原因，且肠道菌群与宿主代谢联系密切。前期研究显示，中医药具有调节免疫功能，促进黏膜修复，改善宿主代谢状态，但内在机制不明。笔者通过对获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）与肠道微生态、宿主代谢及免疫功能变化三者关系探讨，提出基于肠道微生态-宿主代谢-免疫功能共变化网络的调控探讨中药治疗HIV/AIDS作用机制研究思路，为中医药作用机制研究提供借鉴。 |

| The intestinal tract is the main site ofhuman immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infection.HIV infection affects the structure of intestinal flora and the function of mucosal barrier，leading to intestinal microecology disorder and aggravation of immune function damage，and intestinal flora is closely related to host metabolism.Previous studies have shown that Chinese medicine（CM） can regulate immune function，promote mucosal repair and improve the metabolic status of the host，but the underlying mechanism is unknown.This paper discusses the relationship between acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS） and intestinal microecological host metabolism and immune function changes，and puts forward a research idea on the mechanism of CM treating HIV/AIDS based on the regulation of intestinal microecology-host metabolism-immune function co-occurrence network，so as to provide reference for the research on the mechanism of CM. |
