| 中医药“脑肠同调”法对调节胃肠微生态、改善胃肠动力、降低内脏高敏感、缓解焦虑抑郁状态等具有重叠作用，契合脑肠共病的患病模式，对脑肠互动异常疾病治疗具有优势。笔者系统梳理了脑肠互动异常脑肠疾病的研究现状与现存的关键问题，包括基础研究存在技术瓶颈、客观诊断标准缺乏、治疗方法有限与疾病管理困难等。并针对关键问题探讨“脑肠同调”思路指导下的多学科交叉攻关研究思路，以期为今后的研究提供参考与借鉴。 |

| The "brain-gut coordinating" method of Chinese medicine has overlapping effects on different mechanisms including regulating gastrointestinal microecology，improving gastrointestinal motility，reducing visceral hypersensitivity，relieving anxiety and depression，etc.，which fits the prevalence pattern of cerebroenteric comorbidities.It has advantages in the treatment of diseases with abnormal brain-gut interaction.The authors systematically sorted out the latest research progress and found the existing key problems of brain-gut diseases with abnormal brain-gut interaction，including technical bottlenecks in basic research，lack of objective diagnostic standards，limited treatment methods，and difficulties in disease management.And aiming at the key issues，discuss the multidisciplinary interdisciplinary research ideas under the guidance of the "brain-gut coherence" idea，hoping to provide reference and reference for future research. |
