具有生理活性的药用植物,它们彼此在亲缘关系、化学成分和药理作用之间似有一定的内在联系。如能总结这些内在的规律,必将会对中草药的整理提高和新药寻找带来较大的方便。晚近得到飞跃发展的电子计算机技术以及某些多元统计方法,可以在这方面发挥巨大的作用。为了探索在这方面研究的基本方法,我们选择了种类并不太多、而且研究也较有基础的大黄属植物作为试点,应用多元统计和数量分类学的方法,对植物外形、成分和泻下作用等作进一步的

英文摘要:

Thirty three species of the genus Rheum representing seven sections were studied for their morphological,chemical and therapeutical correlation by means of comprehensive multivariate analysis. By mean of numerical taxonomy,the result of Q-classification showed that the dendrograms(fig.1 &2)were in accordance with the empirical classification of genns Rheum within sections Rheum,Palmata,Spiciformia and Nobilia,while the remaining sections Acuminatum,Deserticola and Globulosa seemed to need reinvestigation.R-classification revealed that there is a very dose relationship among the leaf incision(character no.11),existence of sennosides(no.27)or rhein(no. 28)and purgative acitivity(no. 32)(fig.3&4). The regression equations were computed on 26 morphological data;they may predict the purgative acitivities on certain unknown Rheum roughly in three categories. The conclusion indicates that the application of comprehensive multivariate analysis in connexion with computerization may be of value to the modern systematization of Chinese traditional drugs.
