      本文观察结果发现,33例患者血浆 cAMP 含量较正常对照组明显降低,且两年以上组低于两年以内组,空腹血糖150mg/dl 以上组低于150mg/dl 以内组,表明病程越长,病情越重,降低越明显,与中医"久病多虚"的气阴两虚证改变颇相一致。22例24小时尿17-OHCS、17-KS、VMA 含量明显高于正常;11例血清 IgG 降低,IgA、IgM 明显增高,提示此型糖尿病与肾上腺皮质、髓质功能增强以及体液免疫功能改变有一定关系。
英文摘要:
      Clinical experiments were made on non-insulin-dependent diabetics with deficiency of both"Qi"and"Yin" with data of laboratory tests analysed.The serum cAMP content of 33 cases was appreciably lower than that of the corresponding normal control group(P<0.05).Moreover,that of the group with a course more than 2 years was lower than the group with a course less than 2 years.That of the group with fasting blood sugar concentration above 150 mg/dl was lower than the content of the group with blood sugar level below 150 mg/dl. These data show that the longer the disease duration and the severer the case,the more appreciable would be the lowering of the serum cAMP content.Such an observation seems rather consistent with the saying in Chinese traditional medical science that long illness usually leads to deficiency of both"Qi"and"Yin".In 22 cases,the 17- OHCS,17-KS,VMA content of 24 hour urine was found considerably higher than normal(P<0.01,in all the cases). In 11 cases,the serum IgG was lower(P>0.05),while IgA,IgM was appreciably higher(P<0.001 in both cases). These results show that this type of diabetes has a certain relationship both with the strengthening of the function of adrenal cortex and medulla,and with the change in the immunological function of body fluids.
