| 本文报告肺心病缓解期患者53例,经中西医结合治疗后补体含量较治前明显提高,但与中医分型无明显关系。治疗方法以中药配合针灸治疗对提高血清 C3的含量优于中药配合死卡介苗划痕组。提示针灸对提高血清 C3的含量是一种可以继续探索的方法。 |

| 53 patients with cor pulmonale in remission stage were treated with combined TCM-WM.At the same time,an investigation of the quantitative changes of serum complements CH50and C3 was made,and the correlation of these changes with the different types of cor pulmonale classified according to TCM and with the different ways of treatment was studied.It was found that before treatment the serum CH50and C3 of all 53 patients were noticeably lower than normal（P<0.01）.After six months of treatment,96.2% of the cases showed improvement.The quantity of serum CH50increased markedly and in some patients it returned to normal gradually.Serum C3 also increased markedly as compared with the level before treatment（P<0.05）.However no definite relation between thc quantitative changes of serum complement and the different types of the cases was found（P>0.05）.In those patients treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture the serum C3 increased markedly（P<0.05）.But there was no obvious change observed in the group of patients who had been treated with Chinese medicine and,inactivated BCG skin inoculation（P>0.05）.It is,therefore,suggested that acupuncture is a valuable method to raise serum C3 in treating patients with cor pulmonale, |
