| 本文观察了100例闭经、稀发月经妇女性腺功能变化与"肾虚"的关系。结果提示,肾阳虚、肾阴虚和无特殊见证组之间 E3均值差异极显著（P<0.01）。E3均值水平依次为肾阴虚组>无特殊见证组>肾阳虚组。LHRH 垂体兴奋试验,肾阳虚与肾阴虚患者多数呈低差或延迟反应。无特殊见证组与正常月经组比较无显著差异。说明月经障碍"肾虚"与下丘脑功能紊乱有一定关系。可为中医学"肾主生殖"理论提供客观指标和理论依据。 |

| The relationship between the changes of gonadal function and kidney deficiency of 100 female patients suffering from amenorrhea and oligomenorrhea were observed.Results showed that there was a statistically significant difference on the mean value of estroil（E3）among deficiency of kidney Yang,deficiency of kidney Yin and the asymptomatic group.The level of the mean values of E3 was in following order:The deficiency of kidney Yin>the asymptomatic group>the deficiency of kidney Yang.Most of them showed low and delayed response on stimulation of LHRH.Between the asymptomatic group and the group of normal menstrual cycle,no statistically significant difference can be found.It suggests that kidney deficiency is relevant with hypothalamus functional disorders.It may provide a scientific objective parameter for the hypothesis of"The kidney controls reproduction"of traditional Chinese medicine. |
