      用荧光法对68例慢性病患者练功前后血中单胺类神经递质(5-HT、NE、DA)的含量进行测定。结果练功后5-HT 含量平均从0.43±0.21μg/ml 下降到0.21±0.13μg/ml,接近正常水平。与治疗前比较 P<0.001。且所测不同病种患者血中5-HT 均下降。NE和 DA 呈升高趋势,NE 平均从0.27±0.13μg/ml 上升到0.35±0.27μg/ml。DA 从0.86±0.69μg/ml 升高到1.19±0.81μg/ml,前后比较,P<0.02。提示气功治疗作用与血中单胺类神经递质有密切关系。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the authors,by means of fluoresence spectrophotometry,observed the variations of blood contents of monoamine neuro-transmitters(5-hydroxytamine 5-HT;nonepinephrine NE; dopamine DA)in 68 subjects before and after adoption of Qigong exercises.A comparison of pre-and post-exercise showed a general reduction in 5-HT,varying from 0.43±0.21 to 0.21±0.13μg/ml(P< 0.001).Variations in NE and DA tended to go up,NE being from 0.27±0.13 to 0.35±0.27μg/ml,DA from 0.86±0.69 to 1.19±0.81μg/ml(P<0.02).Effects of Qigong exercises on different diseases: Subjects in each group showed reduction in blood 5-HT content after they had practised Qigong exercise.(1)Cardiovascular disease:0.47±0.34 to 0.16±0.11μg/ml(n=13);(2)gastric diseases:0.37± 0.19 to 0.22±0.13μg/ml(n=20);(3)joint system diseases:0.44±0.21 to 0.18±0.13μg/ml(n=10);(4) respiratory system diseases:0.40±0.22 to 0.22±0.12μg/ml(n=8);(5)other diseases(neuroasthenia. neurosis,etc.):0.46±0.22 to 0.25±0.14μg/ml(n=13), In all these groups except the fourth group,variations in 5-HT content in comparison with the pre-exercise values were respectively P<0.01,<0.01,<0.05,<0.05.The difference was obvious.The post-exercise blood content of DA in various groups rose up remarkably.An evident difference was seen in the 2nd group(P<0.05).The NE content was seen to rise in the 5th group(P<0.05),while in other groups the variation was not obvious.In all the above groups,the content of vasoconstrictor substance 5-HT dropped to the normal concentrantion level,resulting in sufficient blood supply for the local tissues and organs.The authors noticed that Qigong exercise could help to regulate the function of neuralgia system,and the monoamine neuro-transmitter participated in the whole course.
