| 为了给Graves病（GD）的中医辨证和中西医结合治疗提供有益的数据,我们采用抗人T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体OKT系列等,检测了31例初诊GD患者和20名健康人的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群值。结果:GD组外周血总T细胞（OKT3）、辅助性T淋巴细胞（OKT4）、抑制性T淋巴细胞（OKT8）、E花环（ERFC）值均降低;细胞膜表面免疫球蛋白（smIg）值上升,P均<0.05～0.01。GD患者中阴虚火旺型（17例）较肝郁脾虚型（14例）OKT8值降低明显、OKT4/OKT8比值升高明显,P<0.01、0.05;经中西医结合治疗后,OKT4、OKT8,ERFC值上升,smIg值下降,P<00.5～00.1。证明GD患者存在T淋巴细胞亚群异常,中西医结合治疗对恢复GD患者异常的T淋巴细胞亚群有效。 |

| This paper reports the determinated results of OKT3, OKT4, OKT8, ERFC, smIg and CIC,TMCA, TGA in 31 cases of Graves disease and in 20 normal controls. The results showed that theOKT3, OKT4, OKT8, ERFC were significantly lower than those in the normal controls. whereas thesmIg was higher than that in normal controls. The difference between the two groups was verysignificant. Even though the ratio of OKT4/OKT8 showed no significance of both. Typology ofGraves disease according to the theory of TCM, all 31 cases were divided into two types: （1） 14 casesof depression of Liver-energy and asthenia of Spleen; （2） 17 cases of defciency of yin （阴） leads tohyperactivity of Fire （火）. The OKT8 and the ratio of OKT4/OKT8 in the latter respectively werelower and higher than those of the former. The. difference between the two types was significant （P<0.01. P<0.05） whereas the positive rates of the CIC, TMCA, TGA also were higher in the deficiencyof Yin leads to hyperactivity of Fire than those in the depression of Liver-energy and asthenia ofSpleen. After treatment with combined TCM-WM on, 31 cases of Graves disease, it was found thatthe OKT4, OKT8, ERFC were significantly elevated, the smIg was markedly decreased than thosewithout treatment. It wad also found that smIg markedIy decreased in two types, OKT8 ratio ofOKT4/OKT8 in the latter and ERFC in both types all returned to normal. Remainder indexes had noobvious change before and after tretment.This research showed that there was an abnormal of Tlymphocyte subsets in the Graves disease patients and treatment with combined TCM-WM wasefficacious in changing abnormal of T lymphocyte subsets in the Graves diseade patients. |
