对56例血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)患者血浆丙二醛(MDA)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(Ery-SODA)检测结果表明:和健康对照组比较,TAO组MDA升高,6-Keto-PGF1α和Ery SODA隆低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01):且6-Keto-PGF1α含量与Ery-SODA和MDA显著相关(P<0.01);Ⅲ期与Ⅱ期比较,6-Keto-PGF1α、Ery·SODA下降明显(P<O.05,P<0.01),MDA上升显著(P<0.01);与寒证组比较,热证组Ery-SODA下降显著(P<0.01),6-Keto-PGF1α下降明显(P<0.05),而MDA上升显著(P<0.01)。提示,TAO患者脂质过氧化反应剧增,并可能参与血管内皮细胞(VEC)损伤,上述指标可望为TAO辩证提供辅助依据。 |

Malondialdehyde (MDA) and 6-keto-PGF1α levels in plasma and erythrocyte superoxide dis-mutase activities (Ery-SODA) were observed in 56 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO). Theresults showed that: (1) Ery-SODA and 6-keto-PGF1α levels lowered and MDA raised significantlyin TAO (P< 0.01), compared with that in control. (2) 6-keto-PGF1α levels were markedly relatedwith Ery-SODA and MDA in TAO (P< 0.01). (3) Ery-SODA and 6-keto-PGF1α levels were lowerand MDA higher in Ⅲ phase of TAO than that in Ⅱ phase. (4) Ery-SODA and 6-keto-PGF1α levelsmarkedly declined and MDA contents elevated significantly in Dampness-Heat (DH) and Heat-Toxin (HT) group, compared with that in Yin-Cold (YC) group and Blood-Stasis (BS) group,respectively (P< 0.05, P< 0.01); all above substances between YC and BS group or between DH andHT group had no significant differences (P> 0.05). (5) Ery-SODA and 6-keto-PGF1α levels werelower and MDA higher in Heat Syndrome than that in Cold Syndrome (P< 0.01). It suggested thatoxygen free radical and lipid peroxide response that might participate in vascular endothelial cellinjury in TAO markedly increased and the detection of these substances might provide complemen-tary evidences for syndrome differentiation of TAO. |
