补肾健骨胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效分析

中文摘要:

采用随机法观察了补肾健骨胶囊和钙剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症（各１７例）的疗效。结果显示：补肾健骨胶囊治疗３个月后，９２．８５％的患者腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软等肾虚症状缓解；治疗６个月后，经双能Ｘ线骨密度仪（ＤＸＡ）测定，６８．８％的患者Ｌ２～４椎体骨密度（ＢＭＤ）与治疗前比较呈上升趋势（ｐ＜０．０５）．而钙剂对照组ＢＭＤ却呈下降趋势，组间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示补肾健骨胶囊可用于预防和治疗绝经后骨质疏松症。其机理可能与其具有使骨代谢活动增强、骨基质增多（或分解减少）等作用有关。

英文摘要:

The therapeutic effect of Kidney Tonifying principle and Bushen Jiangu(BSJG) capsule on postmenopausal osteoporosis(17 cases) was observed and compared with calcium treatment group(17 cases) in double-blind method.The result showed that 3 months after treatment with BSJG capsule,the symptoms of 92.85% patients were improved,and 6 months after treatment,the bone density(BD) of lumbar vertebra of 68.8% patients was significantly higher than that of before treatment,but the BD of oontrol group was lower(P<0.05).This suggested that BSJG capsule could prevent and improve postmentopausal osteoporosis.The therapeutic mechanisms probably is improving the bone formation and declining the bone absorption.
