扶正化瘀319方治疗慢性乙型肝炎及其对纤维化血清学指标的影响

扶正化瘀３１９方治疗慢性乙型肝炎５６例，并以大黄虫丸治疗的１９例患者为对照，临床有效率分别为８７．５％和６８．４％。该方不但能有效地改善肝功能及临床症状，且能降低患者显著增高的血清单胺氧化酶Ｂ（ＭＡＯ－Ｂ）活性，金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子－１（ＴＩＭＰ）、Ⅲ型前胶原肽、Ⅳ型胶原、透明质酸及层粘蛋白（ＬＮ）的含量，提高尿羟脯氨酸（Ｈｙｐ）排泄量（Ｐ＜０．００１～０．０５）。与对照组相比，除ＴＩＭＰ外．改善程度均以观察组为著。表明该方对慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的治疗效果，在一定程度上抑制了肝纤维化的进展。

Fifty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Fuzheng Huayu 319 Recipe (319 Recipe) for supplementing body resistance and removing blood stasis, the efficacy was compared with that of 19 cases treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pill as control. The effective rate of the two groups were 87.5o/o and 68.4o/o respectively. Results showed that the 319 Recipe could not only improve the clinical symptoms and liver functions, but also reduce the serum levels of monoamine oxidase B activity, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase I (TIMP), procollagen typeⅢN-terminal peptide, collagen type Ⅳ, hyaluronic acid and laminin, as well as increase the excretion of droxyproline markedly. As compared with control group, the difference between the two groups were significant except the change of TIMP,the improvement of 319 Recipe group were more obvious than that of control group (P <0 . 001￣ 0 . 05). These results displayed the good effect of 319 Recipe in treating chronic hepatitis B and preventing the development of hepatic fibrosis.
