复方丹参滴丸和二硝酸异山梨醇治疗稳定型心绞痛的对照研究

目的：为探讨更适合稳定型心绞痛患者长期服用的药物。方法：应用随机双盲对照观察了复方丹参滴丸和二硝酸异山梨醇治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。结果：复方丹参滴丸在改善心肌缺血方面优于二硝酸异山梨醇，其运动持续时间、诱发心绞痛发作时间、ＳＴ段压低≥１ｍｍ所需时间均显著延长，运动耐力增加；每日心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量均减少；无症状心肌缺血得到了显著改善。结论：复方丹参滴丸更适合稳定型心绞痛患者长期服用。

To observe the effect of Composite Dansen Droplet Pills (CDDP) in treating chronic Stable angina. Methods: The effect of oral CDDP and Sordi were compared with those of placebo in 64 patients with chronic Stable angina. Patients performed symptom limited multistage, supine bicycle ergometric exercise, while undergoing non-imaging radionuclide angiocardiographicexamination after 8 week peneds peratment of 10-15 pills, three times daily, 10- 15mg Sordi three times daily, and placebo. All drugs were given double blind and randomly. Adverse effects that. occurred during drug treatment were minor and generally well tolerated. Results: CDDP not only appeared to be more effective than Sordi in increasing exercise duration and delaying time of onset of exercise angina or peak effort, but also seems to be superior to Sordi in improving either the stress -induced myocardial ischemia or the exercise left ventricluar systolic function. Conclusion: CDDP is a more effective drug in treating chronic stable angina.
