目的:探讨茶多酚防治心脑血管疾病药理基础。方法:观察茶多酚对原发性高血压患者(38例)氧自由基和血液流变学的影响,并与用肠溶阿司匹林治疗的130例作对照。结果:茶多酚能明显提高红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低血清丙二醛水平,降低全血比粘度、血浆比粘度和血浆纤维蛋白原水平。其药理效应优于肠溶阿司匹林。结论:茶多酚有明确的抗氧化、消除氧自由基、改善血液流变学的作用。 |

To observe the effect of theo-polyphenols (Th) on oxygen free radicals and hemorrheology in patients with essential hypertension Methods: Hemorheology as well as oxygen free radicalof 38 patients were determined before and after TP treatment. Rasults: TP markedly increased RBCSOD activity, reduced the level of serum MDA, the whole bind viscosity, plasma viscosity and thelevel of plasma fibtinogen. The efficacy of TP was higher than that of aspirin. Conclusion: The TP had remarkabie effects of anti-oxygen free radicals, and could improve hemorheology. |
