      目的:探讨毫米波穴位照射的生物效应。方法:采用Q波段毫米波照射胃癌、大肠癌手术后化疗患者的血海和隔俞两穴位,观察其对化疗期间外周血白细胞的影响,共62例(胃癌42例,大肠癌20例)。分两组:A组21例(胃癌15例,大肠癌6例),手术后第10天开始Q波照射,术后第16天开始化疗并继续Q波照射;B组41例(胃癌27例,大肠癌14例),在化疗导致白细胞下降后以毫米波照射,持续照射12天以上。结果:A组有效率为85.7%(18/21例),B组为73.2%(30/41例),A组明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论:Q波段毫米波穴位照射对骨髓造血功能有一定的促进作用,化疗前1周开始照射对骨髓保护作用更为肯定。

      Objective: To explore the biological effect of Q-wave millimeter microwave (QWMM). Methods: The QWMM was used to irradiate the acupoints Xuehai (Sp10) and Geshu (B17) in treating post-operational and chemotherapy treated stomach cancer and colorectal cancer Patients. The effect of irradiation on chemotherapy affected Peripheral white blood cells was observed. 62 cases (stomach cancer 42, colorectal cancer 20) in total were divided into two groups: group A, 21 cases (stomach cancer 15, colorectal cancer6) the irradiation began 10 days after operation ) and on the 16th day the chemotherapy combined with irradiation started. Group B had 41 cases (stomach cancer 27, colorectal cancer 14), in which the irradiation began immediately after the occurrence of chemotherapy induced peripheral WBC reduction, which Persisted for at least 12 days. Results: The effective rate for the group A and B was 85. 7% (18/21 ) and 73. 2% (30/41 ) respectively. The total effective rate of the two groups was 77. 4 % (48/62). The effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B, P<0.01. Conclusion: GWMM irradiation at acupoints could promote the hematopoietic function of bone marrow, and the irradiation Performed 1 week before chemotherapy yielded even better protection on bone marrow.
