通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的：对通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法：采用随机对照，治疗组３４２例给予通心络胶囊（４粒，每日３次），对照组１５０例给予舒心口服液（２０ｍｌ，每日２次）。４周后进行心绞痛、心电图、主要症状、总疗效及毒副作用评估。结果：治疗组心绞痛总有效率９６．４９％明显优于对照组７８．００％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗组心电图总有效率７１．０５％明显优于对照组４７．３３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗组对轻、中、较重度患者均有很好疗效。结论：通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切，无毒副作用。

Objective: To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsule (TXLC) in treating angina pectoris (AP) caused by coronary heart disease (CHD) and evaluate its Safety. Methods: Randomized single-blind controlled design were adopted. Three hundred and forty two PatientS were treated with TXLC (4 capsules, three times daily), and 150 patients in the control group done with Shuxin oral liquor (SXOL, 20ml, two times daily). After 4 weeks of treatment, the data of AP, ECG, main symptoms, total effects were collected and evaluated. Results: TXLC appeared to be more effective than SXOL for Patients with mild, moderate, severe AP (P<0.01), except with mild stomach discomfort for a few patients, TXLC haS no side effect and toxicty. Conclusion: TXLC is an effective drug in treating AP and has no side effectsand toxicity.
