      目的 :探讨补肾益精方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型松质骨骨质量的影响。方法 :4 0只 10月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、倍美力组和补肾益精方组 ,每组 10只。正常组仅行假手术 ,其余 3组行卵巢切除术。术后第 91天开始给药 ,连续用药 90天 ,处死动物 ,取出第 2腰椎 ,测定骨质密度和钙、磷、有机质含量 ;取出第 3腰椎 ,测定其骨质密度和生物力学性能。应用上述多项指标评价骨质量。结果 :补肾益精方能明显提高骨质疏松大鼠腰椎骨的骨质密度和钙、磷、有机质含量 ,增强椎骨的抗压生物力学性能。结论 :补肾益精方能够提高去卵巢大鼠松质骨的骨质量
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the influence of Bushen Yijing Capsule (BSYJC) on bone quality of cancellous bone in ovariectomize induced osteoporosis rats model. Methods: Forty Wistar female rats, 10 months old, were randomly divided into 4 groups, the normal group, the model control group, the premarin treated and the BSYJC treated group, 10 in each group. The normal group was only sham operated and the other three were ovariectomy performed and treated starting at day 91 postoperationally for consecutively 90 days. Rats were sacrificed at the end of experiment, the second lumbar vertebra was taken out to determine bone density and contents of calcium, phosphorus and organic substances, and the third lumbar vertebra taken out to measure the bone density and biomechanics properties. Bone quality was evaluated with the above indices. Results: BSYJC could significantly raise the bone density, increase the contents of calcium, phosphorus and organic substances, and improve the biomechanical properties of the lumbovertebral bone in osteoporosis rats. Conclusion: BSYJC could improve the bone quality of the cancellous bone in ovariectomized rats.
