| 目的 :研究黄芪皂甙对烧伤患者血管内皮细胞 (VEC)的保护作用。方法 :80例烧伤患者 ,随机分成烧伤对照组、黄芪皂甙 (治疗 )组 ,分别于治疗前 (入院后立即采血 )、伤后 1、5、10、2 1天取静脉血测定循环内皮细胞 (CEC)、内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT) ;10名健康志愿者作为健康对照组。结果 :两组患者所测指标皆明显高于健康人组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组用药期间各指标值明显低于烧伤对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :黄芪皂甙对烧伤患者血管内皮细胞具有一定的保护作用 ,同时可明显改善心肌细胞、肝细胞功能 ,减轻全身炎症反应。 |

| To study the protective effect of Astragalus saponin (AS) on vascular endothelial cell (VEC) in burn patients. Methods: Eighty burn patients were divided randomly into 2 groups, the AS group and the burn control group. Blood level of circulatory endothelial cell (CEC), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alanine transaminase (ALT) were determined before treatment and 1day, 5, 10 and 21 days after treatment, and compared with those in 10 healthy persons as a normal control group. Results: All the parameters determined in the AS group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. But as compared with the burn control group, the parameters in the AS group after treatment were all lower significantly. Conclusion: AS has definite protective effect on VEC from injury by burn, it could also improve the function of myocardial and liver cell, alleviate the general inflammatory response simultaneously. |
