      目的 :观察黄芪通脉合剂对闭塞性动脉硬化症 (ASO)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法 :将 90例ASO患者 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ期 )随机分为两组 ,治疗组用黄芪通脉合剂 ,对照组用γ 月见草 E胶丸和复方丹参片 ,疗程 1个月 ;观察黄芪通脉合剂降低血液粘度、血脂和血浆血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、血浆内皮素 (ET 1) ,升高一氧化氮 (NO)等作用 ;并做相应的实验研究。结果 :黄芪通脉合剂治疗ASO总有效率 10 0 % ,治愈率6 1 6 7% ;对照组总有效率 93 33% ,治愈率 36 6 7%。动物实验表明 ,黄芪通脉合剂能明显降低鹌鹑血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白B10 0 (apoB10 0 )的含量 ,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)和载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 keto PGF1α)、NO的含量 ;降低血浆TXB2 、ET 1的含量。结论 :黄芪通脉合剂治疗早期ASO疗效较好 ,并具有调节脂质代谢 ,降低血液粘度 ,保护血管内皮细胞功能 ,改善肢体血液循环等作用。

      Objective: To study the effect of Huangqi Tongmai Mixture (HQTMM) on arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and its therapeutical mechanism. Methods: Ninety patients with ASO of stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group treated with HQTMM, and the control group treated with γ evening primrose oil capsule and composite Salviae tablet. The changes in blood viscosity, blood lipids, thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2), endothelin 1 (ET 1) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasma were observed and compared. Corresponding experimental study was conducted. Results: The total effective rate in the treated group was 100% and the cure rate being 61.67%, while in the control group, they were 93% and 36.67% respectively. Experimental study showed that HQTMM could lower the plasma levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein B 100 , TXB 2, ET 1, and increase the levels of high density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A 1, 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α and NO in quails. Conclusion: HQTMM is effective in treating ASO of early stage, and could regulate lipid metabolism, reduce blood viscosity, promote the vascular endothelial function and improve the blood circulation of limbs.
