中药甲肿消对格雷夫氏病患者白细胞介素含量的影响

目的 :观察中药甲肿消对格雷夫氏病 (Graves′disease ,GD)患者临床症状、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )水平的影响。方法 :治疗对象随机分为 3组 ,其中对照 1组 10例 ,单纯服用他巴唑(5～ 10mg ,每天 3次 ) ;对照 2组 2 2例 ,口服他巴唑 (用法同上 )及左旋甲状腺素片 10 0 μg ,每天 1次 ;治疗组2 8例 ,口服甲肿消 (5片 ,每天 3次 )及他巴唑。结果 :治疗组治疗GD病的总有效率为 75 % ,显著高于对照 1组和及对照 2组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清中IL 2含量升高而IL 6含量下降 ,与治疗前比较有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。其中治疗组患者血清中IL 2、IL 6与健康对照组水平无明显差异。而对照 1、对照 2组IL 2、IL 6水平与健康对照组比较差异仍有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。且对照 2组、治疗组患者甲状腺B超体积治疗后与治疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,而对照 1组治疗后与治疗前比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :中药甲肿消对GD甲状腺肿有明显疗效。

Objective: To observe the effect of Jiazhongxiao (JZX) on the clinical symptoms and levels of interleukin 2 and 6 (IL 2, IL 6) in patients with Graves′ disease (GD). Methods: Patients of GD were randomly divided into 3 groups, the 10 patients in the control group A were treated with Tapazole 5-10 mg three times a day, the 22 in the control group B were treated with Tapazole 5 10 mg three times a day, and Levothyroxine 100 μg once a day, and the 28 in the JZX group treated with JZX 5 tablets three times a day and Tapazole. Results: The total effective rate in the JZX group was 75%, which was significantly higher than that in the two control groups (P<0 05). Serum levels of IL 2 and IL 6 in the JZX group didn′t show significant difference to those of normal control, but those in the two control groups did (P<0 05). B ultrasonographic examination showed the volume of thyroid gland in the JZX group and the control group B was significantly different from that before treatment, and it showed insignificant difference in the control group A (P<0 01 and P<0 05 respectively). Conclusion: JZX has evident therapeutic effect in treating Graves′ disease.
