      目的 :观察β 七叶皂甙钠是否具有消炎、抗渗出、改善微循环及清除氧自由基等作用。 方法 :10 0例患者分为A组 70例 ,B组 30例 ,烧伤常规治疗加 β 七叶皂甙钠治疗 ;另设对照组 30例 ,采用常规治疗。观察 3个组的疗效及测定B组和对照组伤后 1、3、7、14、2 1天超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)值。结果 :A组 (轻、中度烧伤患者 )用药后 ,伤后 2天明显消肿 ,伤后 3~ 5天肿胀基本消退。烧伤创面渗出减少。伤后 1天SOD明显下降 ,MDA明显增高均超出正常范围。B组与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。伤后 3、7、14、2 1天B组SOD值逐渐增加达正常范围 ,而MDA值明显下降至正常范围。对照组SOD值增加不明显均在正常范围以下 ,MDA均高于正常值 ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :β 七叶皂甙钠有明显的抗氧化能力 ,能有效地清除氧自由基 ,减少SOD的消耗 ,提高SOD的活性 ,清除体内的MDA。该中药是一种较理想的抗氧化制剂。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe whether sodium aescinate (SA) has the effects of anti inflammation, anti exudation, improving microcirculation and scavenging oxygen free radical. Methods: Sixty burn patients with burn area >30% were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, the levels of blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) were tested at the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21st day. Results: After treatment, the swelling began to subside in patients of mild and moderate degree at the second day and eliminated basically within 3-5 days, the exudation of wound was reduced as well. Levels of SOD decreased and MDA increased in the second day of burn significantly, exceeding the normal range, no difference was shown between the two groups. The two parameters normalized gradually in the treated group from the 3rd to the 21st day after burn, but in the control group, they still remained beyond normal range in the same period, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0 01). Conclusion: SA has evident anti oxidation capacity, it could scavenge oxygen free radical, reduce the consumption of SOD, increase the SOD activity and remove the MDA, which is an ideal anti oxidative preparation.
