溶栓丸3号辅助治疗3期血栓闭塞性脉管炎1000例的临床观察

目的 :探讨溶栓丸 3号治疗 3期血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效。方法 :3期脉管炎患者 14 0 0例 ,随机分为对照组 (40 0例 )和治疗组 (10 0 0例 ) ;两组均用肠溶阿斯匹林、妥拉苏林、复方丹参注射液治疗 ;治疗组加用溶栓丸 3号 ,并观察两组患者治疗前后主要症状、血液流变学、甲襞微循环、动脉血流图、临床安全性及总疗效和 2年后复发率。结果 :近期临床治愈率与总有效率治疗组分别为 5 7 8%、98 6 % ,对照组分别为7 8%、5 4 5 % ;对主要临床症状、血液流变学、甲襞微循环、动脉血流图的改善情况 ,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0 0 1)。结论 :溶栓丸 3号是治疗 3期血栓闭塞性脉管炎安全有效的药物。

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Rongshuan Pill NO. Ⅲ (RSP) in treating thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) of the 3rd stage. Methods: Patients with TAO were randomly divided into two groups, 400 in the control group and 1000 in the treated group. Enteric coated aspirin tablet, tolazoline injection and composite Salvia injection were applied to both groups, but to the treated group, RSP was given additionally. Changes of main symptoms, hemorrheologic indexes, nailfold microcirculation, arterial impedance plethysmogram (AIP) before and after treatment in patients as well as the relapse rate in 2 years, were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of the therapy. Results: The short term clinical cure rate and the total effective rate in the treated group were 57.8% and 98.6% respectively, while in the control group were 7.80% and 54.5% respectively. The treated group showed a therapeutic effect superior to that in the control group in improving chief clinical symptoms, hemorrheologic indexes, nailfold microcirculation and AIP (P<0 01). Conclusion: RSP is a safe and effective remedy for treatment of TAO in the 3rd stage.
