慢衰灵口服液对心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭患者细胞因子的干预作用

目的:探讨慢衰灵口服液对心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及一氧化氮(NO)的干预影响。方法:将11O例CHF患者分为中药治疗组(简称中疗组)和常规治疗组(简称常疗组)。常疗组采用常规治疗,中疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用慢衰灵口服液治疗4周,治疗前后分别测定TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10和NO的变化。结果:治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-6及NO水平均明显下降(P<O.015或P<0.01);治疗前两组血清IL-10水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后两组血清IL-10均较治疗前明显升高(P<O.05)或P<0.01);中疗组治疗后上述指标降低或升高的幅度较常疗组差异有显著性(P<O.05)。结论:慢衰灵口服液可能通过调控细胞因子的浓度改善心功能,治疗心力衰竭。

英文摘要:

To investigate the intervention effects of Manshuailing oral liquid (MSL) on cytokines in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: The patients were divided into two groups, the 54 patients in the control group and the 56 patients in the treated group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment, but to the treated group, MSL was given additionally for 4 weeks. The levels of cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-a), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), nitric oxide (NO) were determined before and after treatment. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the levels of TNF-a, IL-6 and NO decreased and that of IL-10 increased after treatment in both groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but the magnitude of changes of these indexes were greater in the treated group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion; It was possible that MSL could cure congestive heart failure and improve heart function through regulating the levels of cytokines.
