生脉注射液治疗老年脑梗死临床疗效及作用机制探讨

目的 :观察生脉注射液治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 :将 112例老年脑梗死患者分为治疗组 (5 6例 )和对照组 (5 6例 ) ,对照组采用常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用生脉注射液 ,于治疗前后观察临床疗效并检测血液流变学和血流动力学参数。结果 :两组总有效率 ,治疗组为89 3% ,对照组为 6 9 6 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组总显效率 5 8 9% ,明显高于对照组总显效率32 1% (P <0 0 1)。治疗组血流动力学和血液流变学参数均有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,神经功能缺损有明显改善 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :生脉注射液对老年脑梗死血流动力学和血液流变学参数有明显改善 ,与常规治疗合用临床疗效更显著。

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai Injection (SMI) in treating senile cerebral infarction and to explore its mechanism. Methods: One hundred and twelve patients with senile cerebral infarction were divided into the treated group and the control group. Conventional treatment was given to both groups, and SMI was given additionally to the treated group. Clinical effects, hemorrheologic and hemodynamic parameters were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 89.3% and 69.6% respectively, with significant difference (P<0 05). The total markedly effective rate in the treated group was 58.9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (32.1%, P<0 01). The hemorrheologic and hemodynamic parameters as well as the nerve function deficits were all improved significantly in the treated group after treatment (P<0 01). Conclusion: SMI could improve hemorrheologic and hemodynamic parameters significantly, the effects would be enhanced if it was used in combination with conventional treatment.
