      目的:探讨川芎嗪、硫酸镁对妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)患者的影响。方法:用川芎嗪、硫酸镁分别治疗中度妊高征患者各75例,观察两组患者平均动脉压、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血等情况及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列环素I2(PGI2)的变化。结果:两组治疗前后平均动脉压变化差异无显著性(P>0.05),产前临床诊断胎心率的异常发生率以硫酸镁组为高(P<0.05),但新生儿窒息发生率两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后两组SOD、NO、PGI2、ET、MDA、TXA2较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪、硫酸镁治疗妊高征患者均能改善母体血管内皮细胞内分泌功能,但硫酸镁治疗妊高征胎心率的异常发生率较高,可影响对胎儿宫内安危的判断。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To compare the effect of ligustrazin and magnesium sulfate on patients with pregnancy induced hyperension syndrome (PIHS). Methods: Two groups of patients, 75 in each group, were treated with ligustrazin and magnesium sulfate respectively. The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), thromboxan A2 (TXA2), prostacyclin I2(PGI2), mean arterial pressure, condition of postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were observed. Results: SOD, NO, PGI2, ET, MDA and TXA2 were significantly improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). The change of mean arterial pressure before and after treatment in the two groups was significantly different (P >0.05). The incidence of fetal abnormal heart rate was higher in the magnesium sulfate treated group (P< 0.05), but no significant difference in incidence of neonatal asphyxia was shown between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Both ligustrazin and magnesium sulfate in treating PIHS could improve the endocrinologic function of vascular endothelial cells of mother, but magnesium sulfate treatment could affect the judgement of fetal safety in uterus.
