清肝降糖片改善多代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗的研究

中文摘要:

目的观察清肝降糖片对多代谢综合征(MMS)胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法采用随机对照双盲法,将60例符合中西医诊断标准的MMS患者分为二甲双胍组及清肝降糖片组,每组30例,清肝降糖片组口服清肝降糖片,每次3片,每日2次;二甲双胍组口服二甲双胍每次3片(含0 42 5g) ,每日2次。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续观察2个疗程。结果两组均能显著降低血糖;两组治疗后空腹及餐后胰岛素、C肽水平均较治疗前明显下降;IR降低;β细胞功能明显改善;两组比较差异无显著性。两组治疗前后血浆游离脂肪酸水平比较差异无显著性。结论清肝降糖片具有降糖、降脂、降压及减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善β细胞功能的功效。

英文摘要:

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Qinggan Jiangtang tablet (QJT) in improving the insulin resistance (IR) in patients with multiple metabolic syndrome (MMS). MethodsAdopting randomized controlled double-blinded method, 60 patients with MMS were divided equally into two groups. The treated group was treated by oral taking of QJT 3 tabs, twice a day and the control group treated by oral taking of Glucophage 3 tabs, twice a day, the therapeutic course for both groups was 1 month, and the observation lasted for 2 successive courses. ResultsAfter treatment, levels of blood glucose, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, C-peptide and IR were significantly reduced with markedly improvement of β-cell function in both groups, the difference between the two groups showed no significance. Change of plasma level of free fatty acids before and after treatment in both groups was insignificant. ConclusionQJT has the effects on reducing blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and IR and improving function of β cells.
